Human Rights Authority (HRA)

The Human Rights Authority is the investigative branch of the Guardianship and Advocacy Commission.  The Authority is mandated to investigate allegations of rights violations committed against persons with disabilities by disability service providers.  This mission is accomplished through regional panels of appointed Human Rights Members who serve voluntarily and are representative of persons with disabilities, their families, concerned citizens and disability service providers.
